Troy Scott has been performing environmental due diligence consulting and construction management on renovation/demolition projects and property transactions for over 26 years. Primary responsibilities include overall coordination of environmental projects, specializing in asbestos, mold, fire, and air monitoring services. He specializes in performance of asbestos surveys and oversight of abatement projects throughout the states of Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and New Mexico. For the last seven years Troy has been working with Insurance carriers and attorneys performing asbestos, mold, water, and fire assessments for large loss insurance claims and lawsuits.

Troy holds Asbestos and Mold Licenses in multiple states and has extensive involvement in numerous large loss assignments throughout Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas Florida, and New Mexico. His responsibilities include overall project coordination, client liaison, and team communication and preparation of deliverables. His mold, water, and fire consulting tasks include project management, client and team communication, visual inspections of subject structures to identify impacted building components, report preparation including assessment report, protocols, and post remediation verification.
