Satchel joined Halliwell in 2023 bringing more than six years of specialized experience in construction consulting from a variety of major loss assignments throughout the United States. He provides consulting and expert services including site inspections, damage evaluations, on-site project monitoring, estimate and report generation, invoice and estimate analysis, and replacement cost estimates and building valuations for water, fire, wind, hail and hurricane losses.

Satchel has consulted on large, complex commercial losses including commercial facilities, industrial complexes, public municipalities, and high-end residential properties. He facilitates communication with adjusters and other insurance carrier personnel regarding ongoing projects and negotiates scope and costs with contractors.
