She manages large, multi-million-dollar projects and provides expertise in building consulting services including property damage assessment, detailed construction cost estimating, project monitoring and estimate and invoice analysis.
Maritza has demonstrated project management skills from managing multiple and various projects from design through construction completion. Maritza is proficient in estimating, budgeting, scheduling, bid evaluations, water restoration, project management, reporting, and site monitoring.
