Biography
Kim Kelley joined Halliwell in 2021, bringing more than 20 years of experience in disaster restoration, construction project management, and property insurance. She is skilled in managing complex projects, challenging structural repairs, and intricate content restoration jobs. She maintains a Florida All-Lines Adjuster License and has extensive experience evaluating and estimating commercial and residential property damage caused by water, wind, fire, flood, mold, wind, hail, and hurricane. Kim demonstrates comprehensive insight of insurance coverage, policy language, and adjuster needs.
Kim is an expert in assisting counsel with case preparation through analyzing and evaluating evidentiary documentation to assist in deposing opposing experts and witnesses. She also provides oral expert witness testimony in deposition proceedings.
Kim has presented at and served as an expert panelist for speaking engagements on topics including estimating, communication within the claims process, order of operations within the construction process, catastrophe loss handling, and DiSC behavior assessments.
