Keith has been involved in multiple disciplines within the commercial restoration industry since 1994. He has experience as an Estimator, Director of Production, Emergency Service Coordinator, Project Manager, Marketing Manager, Structural Consultant for various carriers and co-owner of two restoration companies. His specialties include large, complex loss damage assessment, scope of work and cost estimating. He provides building envelope assessments, mitigation and restoration solutions, and site monitoring for mitigation and construction site progress.

Keith is an expert in fire and water damage, smoke odor remediation, fire damage restoration, structural drying, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement, loss value estimating, remediation protocol, cost review negotiations, schedule reviews, and CAT management. He has worked high end residential and large commercial and industrial losses ranging from storm-related events to fire, hurricane, tornado, freeze, and flood.
