She is proficient at documenting property losses, including developing HoloBuilder 360 reports, sketching, assessing, and scoping damages. She has monitored restoration contractors on large multi-million-dollar hurricane wind/flood losses, as well as industrial, hospitality, and assisted living water and fire losses. Julie has performed a wide range of analyses of multi-million-dollar invoices. She provides clerking services for mitigation and repairs.
