His expertise includes: hail, wind, water and fire damage assessments; water infiltration determination; material and installation defects; condition assessments; scope of repairs; cost estimating and repair bid processes. He has consulted on a wide variety of commercial, industrial and residential projects with damages ranging into the multi-million dollars, including: hospitals, shopping malls, manufacturing facilities, auto dealerships, churches, multi-family complexes, residential properties, and many others. His expert deliverables include fee budgets, ROM’s, identifying scope of work, providing estimates, reviewing costs, and providing narrative reports.
