Jonathan Clements joined Halliwell in 2023 to grow and develop a national Construction Services division. He brings more than 25 years of experience in construction, consulting, insurance, and restoration industries. His expertise includes hail, wind, water, and fire damage assessments; water infiltration determination; material and installation defects; condition assessments; scope of repairs; cost estimating and repair bid processes. Jonathan has direct construction experience and has consulted on a wide variety of commercial and industrial projects comprised of military/government facilities, hospitals, shopping malls, manufacturing facilities, churches, multi-family complexes, residential properties, and many others. He has extensive experience in fire and water restoration, damages from hail, building defects and collapses.

Jonathan’s specialties include wind and hail evaluations to a wide variety of commercial and residential roofing systems and building envelopes. He also serves as a subject matter expert assisting attorneys with case preparation, providing expert reports and witness testimony. He is a current member of the NRCA (National Roofing Contractors Association), IIBEC (International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants) and a certified infrared thermographer.
