Biography
James has more than 30 years of industry experience in environmental and industrial hygiene investigations. He has extensive experience in the assessment of indoor air quality, water damage, mold damage, fire damage, bacteria, asbestos, lead, and combustion byproducts. He has managed numerous large, complex losses, providing clients with timely and cost-efficient services in response to their specific project needs. His specialties include water damage assessments, microbial investigations, smoke/fire damage assessments, industrial hygiene, and hazardous materials assessments. He provides CAT response services and has in-depth knowledge of rules and regulations including OSHA and EPA standards.
