Jamaica has six years of mitigation experience as a Senior Crew Chief, Project Manager, and Health and Safety Manager, working on water, fire, mold, and sewage claims, for both residential and commercial small and large losses, working with multiple different insurance companies and adjusters. She specializes in building mitigation estimates and overseeing mitigation projects from demolition to dry out, running crews up to 60 temp workers on large losses. Prior to restoration, she worked 16 years as a facilities manager, involved in new store builds, property management, maintenance, and custodial, and overseeing construction projects from remodels to new builds, working with multiple contractors and vendors.
