Felicidad joined Halliwell in 2024, bringing more than 10 years of experience in construction consulting, risk management, and managing commercial and residential projects. She has a strong background in assessment and estimating and specializes in rebuilding and restoration projects. She provides expertise in building consulting services including property damage assessment, detailed construction cost estimating, project monitoring, and estimate and invoice analysis. She has consulted on a wide variety of residential and commercial projects with damage including apartments, high-end homes, hotel resorts, industrial buildings, medical office buildings and schools.

Felicidad is proficient in estimating, budgeting, scheduling, bid evaluations, project management, reporting, and site monitoring. She provides on-site monitoring to document labor, equipment, workforce utilization, and provides progress reports, any inefficiencies or obstacles and monitors costs for clients. Felicidad has experience with Xactimate, Symbility/CoreLogic. She also has 20 years of experience in construction management, architectural project coordination, and project estimating.
