Don Royer joined Halliwell in 2021, bringing more than 18 years of experience as a project manager and cost estimator. With a background in both Construction Consulting and Water Mitigation, he specializes in building construction, water and fire mitigation and restoration, project clerking, and project management. His expertise includes hail, wind, water and fire damage assessments, scope of repairs, cost estimating, negotiation, and repair bid processes. His range of projects includes residential single-family and multifamily residential properties, commercial buildings, and school districts. Don has participated in multiple CAT responses as an Inspector and a Cost Estimator, and he has experience in FEMA CDBG programs (EHRVI and Restore Louisiana).
