Deanna Ruud joined Halliwell in 2021 bringing more than 30 years of experience in construction consulting, risk management, and managing commercial and residential projects. She has a strong background in assessment and estimating and specializes in rebuilding and restoration projects. She is a large loss expert and manages large, multi-million-dollar projects, providing expertise in building consulting services including property damage assessment, detailed construction cost estimating, project monitoring, and estimate and invoice analysis. She has consulted on a wide variety of residential and commercial projects with damages including apartments, high-end homes, casino, hotel resorts, medical office buildings and schools.

Deanna has demonstrated project management skills from managing multiple and various projects from claim initiation through construction completion. She is proficient in estimating, budgeting, scheduling, bid evaluations, project management, reporting, and site monitoring and is a specialist in union, non-union and prevailing wage projects. She provides on-site monitoring to document labor, equipment, workforce utilization, and provides progress reports, any inefficiencies or obstacles and monitors costs for clients.
