Christian joined Halliwell in 2025 to drive the growth of the Construction Services group in the Midwest and Great Lakes region. With over 20 years of expertise in architecture, construction, and damage analysis, he possesses a comprehensive understanding of the entire design and construction lifecycle—from Pre-Construction through Construction Management and Closeout. His depth of knowledge in building systems and construction enables him to effectively resolve complex challenges and conflicts in any new or reconstruction project.

Christian offers a wide array of services, including scope development, estimating, project management, critical path analysis, water infiltration determination, and roofing/building envelope damage analysis. As a seasoned construction expert witness, he has contributed to numerous litigation cases and is proficient in assessing physical damage across various property types caused by fire, water, weather, and construction-related incidents. His expertise extends to appraisal and umpire services, playing a crucial role in resolving claim disputes.

With hands-on experience responding to catastrophic events, Christian has successfully led multiple disaster response teams and managed large-scale losses. He specializes in complex, high-value claims involving multi-disciplinary experts and has experience across commercial, industrial, healthcare, and multi-unit residential projects
