He brings more than 29 years of experience in Commercial and Residential building and restoration experience along with an extensive consultant management and training background. He is an expert in hazards identification, remedial design, and mitigation post-catastrophic incidents. Bob has provided building damage assessments, fair market pricing evaluations, construction cost analysis, remediation protocol, schedule analysis and project management for commercial, institutional, military, healthcare, multi-family and single-family residential projects.
