Biography
Wayne is senior executive with over 35 years’ experience, of which, 20 + years has been in executive leadership across a diverse portfolio in private and public listed companies and government in Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Europe, and the UK.
His roles have ranged from regional leadership of the Property and Buildings/Built Environment division of a large publicly listed engineering professional services consultancy, the Chief Executive Officer of a privately owned SME professional services practice through to leadership, advisory and research roles in Government.
His executive responsibilities have covered all aspects of leadership, management and delivery of professional services and consulting practices including setting business and growth strategies; building key client relationships and work winning strategies; financial accountability and management of large scale P&Ls; developing and delivering budgets and strong commercial outcomes; talent management and attraction including staff growth and development; as well as project coordination and delivery across multi-disciplinary teams at a regional level.
As a Project Director, Wayne has also led and delivered significant major project across the region leading multi-disciplinary engineering design teams. This has included all aspects of project delivery including C-suite and client interface, commercial performance, programming, and resourcing planning through to project governance, risk, and compliance. Projects of note include, Queens Wharf Precinct, Brisbane; Caulfield to Dandenong CD9 Stations, Southbank by Buelah and Flinders West Precinct, Melbourne, Sydney Metro Northwest Stations, Waterloo Metro Quarter and Harbourside Precinct, Sydney; Blue Water Island Precinct-wide Fire Life Safety, Dubai, the Australian Embassy Precinct, Bangkok, SE 1 Elephant and Castle, London UK, Baltimore Wharf, Docklands, UK and Norton Folgate, Bishopsgate, London, UK.
