Biography
Thomas brings more than 30 years of expertise performing investigations and failure analysis on electromechanical equipment losses, determining equipment valuation, and damage assessments for insurance and legal professions. He specializes in assessments of equipment damage, causation analysis, and electromechanical equipment losses. He provides litigation and expert witness services, and his expertise has been utilized in numerous insurance cases.
Thomas’ background includes professional project management regarding tangible and intangible property loss recovery operations for a geographic region consisting of thirteen states and the Caribbean. Additionally, he has directed restoration services on losses caused by fires or other natural disasters, specializing in the restoration of industrial equipment. He has assisted on many claims involving high-end residential automated systems and has participated in numerous large restoration projects, including the 1993 World Trade Center restoration.
