Sipan has been involved in forensic engineering investigations, including the deconstruction of a Caltrans bridge spanning an active waterway in Long Beach, California, and the assessment of an under-construction cross-laminated timber (CLT) structure. His experience encompasses structural failure analysis, damage assessments, and repair recommendations to support clients in navigating complex engineering challenges.
