Biography
Sarah Burris joined Halliwell in 2021 bringing a strong background in CAD design. Her specialties are power, industrial, telecommunication commercial and residential facilities. She has more than four years of construction consulting experience including assessing and scoping damages, providing reconstruction estimates and mitigation invoice analyses, and delivering project and program management. She has managed a wide range of project losses including wind, water, hail, fire, tornado, and hurricane
