Biography
Saif is a licensed professional engineer proficient in the assessment, analysis, and repair of existing and under construction structures damaged by natural and man-made events such as: snow, fire, wind, hurricane, hailstorm, earthquake, tree impact, vehicle impact, water intrusion, construction vibration, and foundation movement. He assists his clients with claims involving damage to interior and exterior architectural finishes (roofing, building envelope, flooring, ceiling) as well as non-building structures such as retaining walls, driveways, and general flatwork. Saif is proficient in assessing stainless steel wine storage tanks and assessed numerous stainless steel wine storage tanks in New Zealand after the 2016 Kaikoura Earthquake. His clients include insurance carriers, independent adjusters, attorneys, property owners, property management companies and HOAs, architects, and contractors.
