Biography
Roy is a Senior Consultant with over 19 years’ experience across various major engineering and construction projects and sectors, including energy/power generation, downstream/upstream oil & gas, metal fabrication & manufacturing, automation, infrastructure, commercial and residential construction. Holding a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, he brings specialised expertise in Forensic Delay Analysis, Project Controls, and Planning and Scheduling.
Roy has onsite construction experience from both the client and contractor side, giving him a well-rounded perspective on project delivery. Roy has demonstrated extensive experience in Insurance Business Interruption (BI) and Delay Start Up (DSU) claims, while delivering complex major international projects. His portfolio spans complex projects across a variety of construction sectors in the Middle East / Asia, Africa, UK / Europe and US.
His technical proficiency extends to advanced planning software, estimating and cost modelling, complementing his hands-on experience in energy, renewables, automation, and manufacturing sectors. Roy's comprehensive skill set and global project experience position him as a valuable asset in complex project environments.
