Biography
Peter is a highly accomplished Mechanical Engineer with over 46 years’ experience in engineering and design. Collaborating with global corporations in underground mining, tunnelling, mining equipment, heavy industry, manufacturing and marine. Peter utilises failure analysis methodology to create equipment based on engineering first principles, all while adhering to and surpassing industry codes and standards for hazardous environments. He has collaborated with international corporations for technical solutions supplying designed & manufactured bespoke products made in Australia & exported across the USA, China, Russia, Germany, Czech Republic, Poland, Liechtenstein, Japan, New Zealand, the UK, and Vietnam.
Peter possesses a wealth of research and development experience in collaborating with various international organisations, including the Japanese Coal Industry Research Organisation and the Australian Coal Association Research Programme. He has also contributed to numerous academic projects with Griffith University. Peter applies his extensive experience, knowledge, skills, and expertise to perform comprehensive investigations into mechanical failures across diverse environments.
