Biography
Matthew Yurcek brings more than five years of experience as a building consultant with and extensive background of performing field inspections and site visits to evaluate scope of work/damage and provide estimates for commercial and residential projects. He has a complete understanding of roofing constituents and other building materials. He has performed damage assessments on building exteriors, interiors and roofing for multiple loss types including hail, wind, fire, water, tornado, hurricane, builders’ risk, infrared moisture evaluations, and liability claims. He has experience working on residential, commercial, industrial, healthcare, strip centers, hotels, and other building types. He creates detailed scope and cost repair estimates and narrative reports.
Matthew has previous experience as a field service technician providing technical and engineering expertise in fault detection and isolation, root cause analysis and complex repair plan development.
