Biography
Joe specializes in the analysis of scope and costs associated with damage caused by fire, water, and collapse. His experience includes evaluations on large loss assignments including commercial, residential, multi-family, industrial and educational industries. He has catastrophe and natural disaster loss experience and has supported insurance losses in the wake of Hurricanes Irma and Matthew.
Joe has extensive project management experience evaluating plans, schedules, resource loads, workflows, constraints, and cost analysis. He is proficient in estimating and construction analysis and specializes in project management and appraisals on property damage and builder’s risk claims. Joe has represented various carriers as their assigned Appraiser and has provided litigation services through expert witness testimony in depositions.
