He has extensive experience in the assessment of petroleum and chlorinated solvent fate and transport, contamination assessments, brownfield redevelopment, property and building assessments, indoor air quality, moisture intrusion, microbial damage, fire damage, asbestos inspection/management planning/project design, lead paint screening, and combustion byproduct assessments/remedial action planning. He has managed large, complex losses, providing clients with timely and cost-efficient services in response to their specific project needs. His nationwide experience has led to a solid understanding of fire codes, OSHA standards, Federal and State EPA standards and USDOT standards.
