Dominic Rossinguolo joined Halliwell in 2021 with a background as a Property Claims Adjuster for an independent firm where he managed claims for multiple insurance companies in multiple states. He has experience in damage assessment, estimating, training and negotiation. He specializes in wind and hail-related evaluations to commercial and residential roof systems and building exteriors and has evaluated installations of multi-family complexes, industrial facilities, shopping centers gas stations, residences, and many other properties.

Dominic provides building damage assessments, loss value estimates, remediation protocol, and cost reviews for a variety of losses across the country. He has managed CAT claims and commercial and residential losses from storm-related events, fire, earthquake, and vandalism damages. In addition, he has trained insurance adjusters in all aspects of the profession.
