Christian Dahlby joined Halliwell in 2021 bringing more than four years of specialized experience in construction consulting from a variety of major loss assignments throughout the United States. He provides consulting and expert services including site inspections, damage evaluations, on-site project monitoring, estimate and report generation, invoice analysis, and contractor scope and cost negotiations for water, fire, wind, hail and hurricane losses.

Christian has consulted on large, complex commercial losses including commercial facilities, industrial complexes, public municipalities, and high-end residential properties. He is a certified FAA drone pilot as well as a certified commercial and residential roofing inspector.
Christian has also served proudly in the North Carolina National Guard as an Infantry First Sergeant for 15 years. His time in the military has included multiple deployments overseas and the United States after natural disasters.
