Braden Barnett joined Halliwell in 2021, bringing nearly five years of experience in construction consulting, litigation support, and Clerk of the Works. Braden has managed a wide variety of property claims, including identifying storm-related damage and product installation deficiencies, and has provided project support for scheduling and budget analysis. His range of projects includes commercial and residential buildings, medical facilities, and industrial complexes.

Braden specializes in roofing systems and has conducted thermal surveys utilizing capacitance meters and thermal cameras to provide evidence for repair versus replacement when required. He worked closely with the laboratory personnel to perform hail impact simulations on gravel-surfaced asphalt built-up roof samples for evidence in report documentation. He has also provided support on litigation projects, appraisals and worked as a Roof Observer.
