Billy Stoll joined Halliwell in 2022 as a Senior Construction Expert, bringing construction consulting expertise, 20 years of electrical construction experience and an understanding of new commercial construction from a “ground up” perspective. His background in the electrical field makes him an authority on projects requiring an Electrical Specialist. In addition, he has extensive experience as a Building Consultant managing a wide range of projects including scope of damage and cost estimating for water, fire, hurricane, vandalism/theft, lightning, and explosion claims.

Billy specializes in commercial properties including but not limited to: multi-family complexes, casinos, commercial and industrial warehouses, office and banking structures, medical facilities and complexes, manufacturing operations, retail malls and strip centers, restaurants, and agricultural facilities.
