Biography
Anand is qualified as a mechanical engineer and has carried out more than 1350 investigations, since 2001 throughout Malaysia, Brunei, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, Taiwan, Vietnam, Philippines and Japan. He has overall responsibility for investigations and the quality of Halliwell’s work in Asia. He has also given evidence as an expert witness with respect to fire investigation, vehicle accident reconstruction, damage assessment and engineering failures. He has been a certified fire and explosion investigator (CFEI) and certified vehicle fire investigator (CVFI) since 2005.
